2012 AGM, Thursday April 19th at 7:30pm in Kilmardinny House.

This event was not particularly well attended by residents, but we did at least manage to "persuade" another 4 to join the committee, allowing us to meet our minimum requirements under the Constitution. We are delighted to welcome Margaret Robertson back in her capacity as Secretary.

Membership fees are held at £5 per annum for another year.

BOGUS CALLER ALERT JANUARY 2012

Apparently roofers are going round doors in the area asking if residents would like quotes for repairs to their roofs, they are even suggesting the council have given some money for this.

The council have not made any money available for private house repairs, so this would appear to be either cold callers or bogus callers.

This activity has been brought to the attention of the Police and Trading Standards by one of our local councillors.
